LEGAL NOTICES : INTRODUCTION

• Classic Cruise Collection is a trading name of Classic Travel Collection and is registered with ABTA with membership number L8268. As such we are fully bonded according to ABTA's rules and abide by ABTA's Code of Conduct. ABTA protection applies to services supplied by Classic Travel Collection but does not apply to services featured on this website that are provided by any company that is not a member of ABTA. Please go to www.abta.com to check whether a company is a member of ABTA and for a copy of the Guide to ABTA's Scheme of Financial Protection.
• We act as agents for ATOL holders and other principles. ATOL protection does not apply to all holiday and travel services on this website. Please ask us to confirm what protection may apply to your booking.
• Access to this web site is conditional on your agreement that the contents and all matters which arise between you the customer and Classic Travel Collection will be governed by English law.
• Classic Travel Collection is based in the UK, which is where this particular website has been created and is located.
• Whilst we constantly strive to achieve the highest standards of accuracy using reasonable care and skill, we cannot be held responsible for the content contained within this website. We strongly advise you to check all details relating to your holiday/travel arrangements at the time of booking.
• This website is for the purpose of communicating prices and availability; it should therefore not be regarded as an offer, purely as an invitation to treat.
• All contracts concluded between Classic Travel Collection and you the customer, are subject to our standard terms and conditions. A contract is only concluded when we accept your offer, by sending you confirmation of our acceptance. Our acceptance is effective when sent by us. The contractual document is contained in the acceptance from us of your offer, and our terms and conditions which are incorporated into the acceptance and excludes any other representations. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
• Reference on this website to "our", "we" and "us" are references to Classic Travel Collection and The Freedom Travel Group Limited.
• The prices shown on this website are valid at the time of input; however we reserve the right to change our prices or other details at any time. Prices may go up or down. Our sales consultants will confirm the correct price and will advise of any amendments before the booking is confirmed.
• We reserve the right to withdraw these prices without notice.
• All holidays and flights advertised in this website are bound by the relevant Tour Operators terms and conditions and are subject to availability.
• Data Protection Policy: In order to process your booking and to ensure that your travel arrangements run smoothly and meet your requirements, we need to use the information you provide such as name, address, any special needs/dietary requirements etc. We take full responsibility for ensuring that proper security measures are in place to protect your information. We must pass the information on to the relevant suppliers of your travel arrangements, public authorities, such as customs/immigration if required by them, or as required by the law. Additionally, where your holiday is outside the European Economic Area (EEA), controls on data protection in your destination may not be as strong as the legal requirements in this country. We will not, however pass any information onto any person not responsible for part of your travel arrangements. This applies to any sensitive information that you give to us such as details of any disabilities, or dietary/religious requirements. (If we cannot pass this information to the relevant suppliers, whether in the EEA or not, we cannot provide your booking. In making this booking, you consent to this information being passed onto relevant persons.) Usually your tour operator or other principal will pass this information onto their suppliers once we have provided it to them. The tour operator or other principal’s use of your information is subject to their policy, both in respect of your booking and future marketing and is their responsibility. Please ask either us or them for a copy of this if you would like to see it. Your data controller is Classic Travel Collection. You are entitled to a copy of your information held by us. If you would like to see this please ask us. (We may make a small charge for providing this to you.)
• Disability: If you or any member of your party have any disabilities, it is extremely important that we make the necessary arrangements to make your holiday go smoothly. We must therefore insist that you contact our offices on 01202 766335 before completing any reservation to ensure compatibility for the holiday that you choose.
• Accessibility: Classic Travel Collection is committed to ensuring its website is accessible to all users. As our site is constantly reviewed we would welcome any comments you may have on accessibility issues. We recommend using Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 Service Pack 1 or higher to provide you with the highest level of browser accessibility. If you are blind or visually impaired we recommend JAWS for Windows version 3.31 or later for the best speech synthesis.
• Each appropriate Tour Operator or Airline reserves the right to change holiday details and/or flights and routes.
• All holiday and flight prices quoted are in pounds sterling and include all taxes unless otherwise stated. Ticket on departure and/or resort transfer charges may apply to selected holidays.
• All customers who make a booking as a result of information contained within this website are required to hold a valid 10 year passport which has a minimum of six months validity from the date of return.
• It is the customers’ responsibility to check that they have the relevant passport and visas necessary for all travel arrangements. General visa and passport information be accessed by going to http://www.ukpa.gov.uk We recommend that you check with your G.P., Practice Nurse or Travel Health Clinic for specific guidance. • The person making the booking (lead passenger) must be aged 18 years or over and must accept responsibility for all members of the party travelling.
• It is the responsibility of the lead passenger to disclose facts about any passengers that may affect their ability to travel. Particular regard should be paid to the following; a) Criminal Offences (USA Visitors - Persons wishing to travel to the USA that have any criminal records including driving offences, must declare these at the time of booking the holiday) and b) previous deportations from the country/countries that you are visiting.
• Charges will be incurred for any amendments made to a booking or travel arrangement.
• Insurance is not included in your holiday cost. We strongly recommend that insurance is added to your booking. Please contact your travel agent for advice on prices and cover.
• Offers are open to UK residents only.
• Classic Travel Collection reserves the right to refuse to accept any order placed by you the customer.
• The carriage of passengers and their baggage is subject to provisions of the Warsaw convention (as amended if applicable) national legislation and the carriers conditions of carriage.
• The copyright in the material contained on this site belongs to us or its licensors. The material may only be used for that person's own personal use for non-commercial purposes.
• Please note that our usual surcharge of 1.5% may be applied to all credit card transactions, 3% may be applied to charge card transactions. Debit cards will incur no extra surcharges.
• Classic Travel Collection, its contractors, agents, owners and employees are not responsible for the content or the privacy policies of web sites to which it may link.
